Jim's one "consuming" passion is cheese! He'll eat any kind of cheese he can get his hands on, even the more traditionally "stinky" kinds.

But eating cheese isn't its greatest appeal to Jim: he much more enjoys stealing cheese. He's stolen more than five thousand pounds of cheese from various grocery stores in the town where he lives.

That's nothing, he'll tell tell anyone who'll listen, compared to how much cheese he will have stolen when all is said and done.
